At Naturally by Ade, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will work to make it right.
Due to the nature of our handcrafted body care products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. However, if your product arrived damaged or defective, we will offer a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
To request a refund, please contact us at naturallybyade@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item if applicable. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
